Who We Are

KH Holistics was created by me, Kelly — from a very real place of lived experience, curiosity, and a deep desire to live more intentionally.

Like many people, I spent years feeling overstimulated, depleted, and disconnected from my body, from nature, and from what actually felt true for me. I became increasingly aware that modern life asks a lot of us, while often giving very little back in terms of genuine wellbeing.

KH Holistics was born out of that realisation.

What started as a personal journey into natural healing, nervous system support, and slowing down has grown into a small, heart-led business offering simple, effective products that support the body and mind in a more gentle way.

Everything I create is rooted in the belief that wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes it’s about coming back to basics, minerals your body recognises, touch that grounds you, and daily rituals that help you feel safe, calm, and supported.

Our Philosophy

At the heart of KH Holistics is the idea that the body knows what it needs when we give it the right tools.

I’m passionate about:

  • Supporting the nervous system naturally

  • Helping people feel more at home in their bodies

  • Creating products that are intentional, honest, and effective

  • Moving away from the “quick fix” culture and back to slower, more conscious living

All products are handcrafted in small batches, with care, intention, and respect for both people and the plane

Why Magnesium?

Magnesium became a cornerstone of my own wellbeing journey and naturally, the foundation of KH Holistics.

So many of us are depleted due to stress, lifestyle, and environmental factors, and topical magnesium offers a simple way to support the body without overwhelming it. My formulations are designed to be customisable, gentle, and supportive whether you’re new to magnesium or already know how powerful it can be.
