All products are handmade in small batches.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, launches, or events, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 3–5 working days

• Tracked services may be available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

International shipping (if applicable)

If we ship internationally:

• Delivery times vary by country

• Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer

• We are not responsible for customs delays

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or missing:

• Please contact the courier first using your tracking number

• If you still need help, contact us and we’ll support you

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (postal disruptions, weather, strikes, etc).

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address before ordering.

We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
